Arrival & departure

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, access to the room is not possible before 2:00 PM on the day of arrival, and you must be checked out by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Guests are asked to inform reception by 8:00 PM on the day prior to departure at the latest if they intend to depart after 11:00 AM; for departure before 6:00 PM half the price of the room will be charged, after 6:00 PM the full price of the room will be charged. You must check into reserved rooms by 6:00 PM at the latest. If you don't, the hotel may dispose of the room unless a later arrival time has been agreed expressly.

Prices & quotes

The room prices and apartment prices are given in EUROS.

Children under the age of 3 stay free of charge, for children aged between 3 and 14 (in rooms with 1 full-paying adult) you pay 50% of the price per night. We will provide a cot in your room upon request.

Bathrobes for adults are supplied.

Our underground parking is available to you at a price of €4.00 per day.

Luggage service

Naturally, we are happy to help you with your luggage on arrival and departure.

Hand towels & bed linen

Apartment: The towels are changed twice a week, for a stay of 3 weeks or longer the bed linen is changed once. You can have the bed linen changed more than once at a cost of €5.00. Just ask us.

Hotel: The rooms are cleaned daily, hand towels are changed daily. The bed linen is changed once a week.

Pets

Please understand that, out of consideration for our guests, we cannot accommodate any pets.

Credit card payment

We accept payment via EC cash, Visa card and Mastercard.

Spa card

We will give you your spa card at the beginning of your holiday. With the card, you get discounts on a wide range of activities as well as free local and spa transport (more information can be found here). If this is lost, we will unfortunately have to charge your €15.00.

Reception

Our reception service is available to you from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Cancellation

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. If the contractual services are not used, the individual guest is required by the overnight accommodation contract to pay 80% of the agreed price for the duration of the reservation. The hotel undertakes in good faith to let the unused room to another guest if possible.

In order to protect yourself against unforeseen costs, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance (click here)

The following cancellation and amendment deadlines apply for group bookings made by tour operators and travel agents:

up to 42 days before arrival = free cancellation
up to 28 days before arrival = payment of 50% of the agreed price.

If a reservation is cancelled less than four weeks before arrival or the agreed number of guests is reduced by more than 10%, the customer pays 80% of the agreed price for the number of missing guests unless the rooms in question can be let to other guests. Furthermore, if the hotel incurred particular costs as a result of the booking, these shall be recouped in full from the customer.

Sauna towels

Sauna and bath towels can be borrowed from the hotel for a fee (on-off payment of 10.-- Euros). Used, borrowed sauna towels can be exchanged for fresh towels daily free of charge.
