Hotel rooms & suites
All of our 28 hotel rooms are sun-drenched, cool and spacious.
Of course, each room also has a balcony, so you can sit outdoors but in a private atmosphere. It’s simply wonderful to be able to look over the colourful hustle and bustle at the pool (east side) or enjoy the afternoon and evening sun (west side).
Our bathrooms are equipped with a shower, hair dryer and make-up mirror, so you will want for nothing. A bathrobe for your dream holiday is also always ready for you. You can bring your own sauna towels or bath towels, or borrow them from us for a small fee.
And the delicious Vital breakfast is always included with bookings for the hotel.
All of our beds are furnished with high quality mattresses so that you feel especially comfortable. We are also happy to satisfy your requests for individual extras, such as neck support pillows, down duvets or anti-allergy duvets. And additional covers are available any time.

Apartments
Our apartments have modern furnishings and are available in a variety of sizes. Choose whether you want breakfast or not, book room cleaning as an extra, or do your own cooking and cleaning in your apartment. Your holiday, just the way you like it.
Standard or deluxe single room
All our single rooms are double rooms for single occupancy. Therefore, you always get a large room all to yourself. Our standard rooms are situated on the ground floor (ground level). Our deluxe rooms have been refurbished in recent years and are situated on the first floor or above.
The rooms facing west benefit from the afternoon sun and offer views over Bad Füssing and our front garden. In the rooms facing east, you can enjoy the morning sun and views of the pool. Room sizes:- bedroom and living area 19.5 m² - hallway and bathroom/WC 8.2 m² - balcony 6.5 m².
Prices quoted are from 7 nights in the low season, including breakfast.

A touch of luxury - our 2-room suites
Our former two-room apartments are now wonderfully spacious, fully renovated 2-room suites: dark solid wood furniture, harmoniously coordinated colour schemes. These combine with sensitively selected details in gold and delightfully high quality materials.
Wonderfully spacious and comfortable in every respect, all of the suites shine with individual charm. Some have an east-west orientation and 2 balconies, some have an en-suite bathroom, with cosy snugness right under the roof or as a gloriously spacious living environment over 75 square metres.
Always included: telephone, wifi and safe. Plenty of comfort, WC, hair dryer and bathrobe in the bathrooms. Excellently equipped mini kitchen with a fridge, coffee machine and microwave.
Everyone’s favourite programmes: each suite has 2 flat screen TVs. One in the living room and one in the bedroom. And, of course, a wide variety of SKY channels are available for those who like sports and crime shows!
Chic and practical: the small, refined kitchenette in the south suites can be hidden behind a screen in just one simple step. But that would be a shame, because it really is very elegant...

You can choose between the categories of standard, premium and deluxe. Our standard rooms are situated on the ground floor (ground level).
Our deluxe rooms are situated on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor (completely refurbished from 2017-2019).

Directly opposite the hotel, our apartment building connects to the pool garden with sunbathing area.
Out apartments are individually furnished, luxuriously equipped and bookable with a variety of different floor plans. Some come with a practical dining area, some come with a sofa, some come with comfortable chairs – and all have a mini kitchen.
The balconies face in three directions – depending on what you like the best. Morning sun or evening ambiance, a direct view of the outdoor pool or of the green landscape.
And if you want to let us spoil you in the mornings, simply add breakfast to your booking individually.
